OUR TEAM
Austyn Zinn
Austyn Zinn is an animator and storyteller who, since her time spent drawing picture books for elementary projects, has used every available opportunity to tell stories that connect with people. Inspired by the works of Don Bluth, Alex Hirsch, and Patrick McHale, Austyn developed a love for animation and a desire to contribute her own voice to the field. Austyn studies Animation and Digital Media at the University of Wisconsin Stout, while pursuing a minor in English Writing and Literature and maintaining a 4.0 GPA. From prose, to comics, to film, to poetry, Austyn has created work for a variety of mediums in order to more completely understand storytelling as an artform. She has especially developed her storyboarding and character animation skills, and is greatly interested in portraying character and emotion in meaningful, sympathetic ways. She delights in telling stories that emotionally resonate and stay with with her audience.

Ben Phipps
Benjamin Phipps hasn't stopped drawing from the minute he could hold a pencil. Growing up in the age of animation for kids he has grown and matured alongside the industry. Looking now to not only join his idols in the industry but strive to show the true power of the medium. From understanding the fundamentals of film and art to now leading production in both animated stories and acting; Benjamin has been full steam to show, truly, why it is that we tell stories.

Maggie Maahs
Maggie Maahs has had an eye for animation since she was a child with ball-bouncing sticky-note shows moving onto Flipnote animations on her Nintendo DSI. However, what really caught her eye was the never-before-seen 3D graphics and exploration of the low-poly, platform Playstation 2 games she pulled all-nighters on with her Dad. New genres and technology have since inspired Maggie to pursue gameplay-centered animation at UW-Stout. She will graduate with a B.F.A. in Animation & Digital Media in Spring, 2024, has been on the Dean’s List for several semesters, has been awarded the Brian & Katherine Blankenburg Scholarship (2022-2023), and stands with a GPA of 3.5. She’s ready to immerse players and viewers in worlds beyond comprehension with 3D models, backgrounds, and life-like fluidity of characters from all walks of life in a team and independently.

Julia Temple
Julia Temple is a storyboard artist, animator, visual development artist, and digital illustrator whose passion for visual storytelling stems from a desire to connect emotionally with art, and in a way, the world. She is currently working towards a BFA in Animation & Digital Media with a minor in Performing Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. The strong visual imagination and love for stories she developed as a child have more recently been joined by a deeper interest in film, animation, and their emotional power.
